A diagnosis of vascular disease can be frightening. Knowing that you are in the hands of a meticulous and caring physician can help put those fears to rest. Although we are surgeons, we can manage most of our patient’s symptoms without a procedure, using interventions like medication and lifestyle modifications while we monitor your condition for further progression.

Why Choose Us

Quality: As part of one of the world's top hospitals, we are at the leading edge of new therapies, diagnosing and treating the full range of non-cardiac vascular disorders, including limb-saving care for peripheral artery disease and one of the top Vein Programs in the country.
Convenience:
We have offices throughout Manhattan, the Bronx, and Westchester to give you the best access to the most modern healthcare services available.
Experience:
Our physicians have extensive experience and a clear track record in performing minimally invasive (endovascular) procedures, traditional surgeries, angioplasties and stents for blockages in arteries throughout the body.

Our Vascular Care locations are also available in New York City. We accept most major insurance plans and can verify your plan when you call to make your appointment.

Peripheral Artery Disease Care

Peripheral artery disease (PAD) is extremely common–and potentially dangerous if left untreated. While often found in the legs, PAD may also indicate blocked blood vessels elsewhere in the body, increasing the risk of heart attacks or strokes. We offer comprehensive diagnostic and treatment options.

Aortic Disease Care

Working closely with our colleagues in Cardiac Surgery, we offer a full-service Aortic Center offering the least invasive techniques for aneurysms and other aortic conditions. Our multidisciplinary team provides comprehensive care for every individual, including long-term follow-up.

Carotid Artery Care

Blockages of the carotid arteries (the blood vessels that bring oxygen to the brain) are a common cause of strokes. Fortunately, they can be treated — and prevented. Our team will help you explore options, from lifestyle modifications to stents to traditional surgical therapies.

Diabetes-Related Vascular Care

People living with diabetes know that good vascular care can dramatically improve your quality of life. Whether it's caring for leg and foot issues, wound care, dealing with vascular kidney problems, or simply helping with ports and access for dialysis, our team is here to provide the personalized attention you need.

Thoracic Outlet Syndrome Care

Thoracic outlet syndrome is a cause of shoulder, neck, and arm discomfort that occurs when the nerves or blood vessels near the collarbone get pinched or compressed. Our highly experienced team can identify vascular causes of thoracic outlet syndrome and provide surgical treatments that can bring you total relief.

Conveniently located in Westchester County, our team will help coordinate your vascular care, arranging for any vascular imaging tests (such as Duplex Ultrasound or CT scan) that may be necessary to make an accurate diagnosis and choose the best treatment for you. We offer periodic free screenings for vascular disease, and we encourage patients to call for a second opinion consultation to confirm a diagnosis or discuss a treatment recommendation.

Our experienced vascular surgeons are dedicated to your well-being, offering state-of-the-art procedures, minimally invasive options, and compassionate patient care.

ColumbiaDoctors Eastern Vascular is one of only 5 accredited vein centers in New York City and the only accredited center in the Bronx. In addition to providing options for cosmetic relief, we offer screening and treatments for more severe vein disease.
