Columbia supports all paths to parenthood by welcoming same-sex, queer, trans, and nonbinary couples and individuals. Our experts will help you decide which approach feels right. We offer both surrogate and gestational carrier options, as well as co-maternity (in which one partner in the couple donates their eggs for the other to carry).
Fertility Treatments
We are skilled in all fertility treatments, and our state-of-the-art lab has helped develop many techniques, including intrauterine insemination (IUI), in vitro fertilization (IVF), and egg freezing. We also offer promising new options, including oral IVF, methods of improving egg, sperm, and embryo quality. From IUI to IVF and beyond, our success with even the most complex cases has earned us national recognition, including the Platinum Award from the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technologies (SART).
Fertility Testing
Your path to success starts with our experts learning about you and your needs. We begin by taking a full medical and reproductive history, and conduct
in-depth female and male fertility testing that may include hormonal tests, imaging, and semen analysis, when needed. Your fertility specialists and care team then work with you to design a customized treatment plan, and we personally guide you every step of the way.
Telehealth/Virtual Visits Available
We offer convenient telehealth care via video visits with your provider in order to accommodate your schedule.

Pre-Pregnancy Genetics

After your eggs and sperm are combined in our lab, the resulting embryos are tested for specific diseases, and a healthy embryo is placed in the uterus or stored for future use.
